I/We consent to a credit check and to a check of personal information with the references listed above by the landlord or their authorized representatives, before during and after tenancy if accepted.
Applicants who are approved are required to provide the Landlord with last month's rent in advance in cash or certified funds, as a deposit. This deposit is refundable only in the event that the property not being available for occupancy on the date set out in the Lease Agreement.
The keys to the property will NOT be released until such time as the Lease is signed, proof of utilities and insurance is available (where applicable), and first month's rent, in cash or certified funds, are provided to the Landlord. The Landlord will automatically reject any applicant that is found to have provided incomplete, false or misleading information on this application.
