If your request is regarding Fire Damage, Significant Flood or No Heat (November through April), please call the Emergency Service Line at 705-702-0066.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the unit “pet-friendly”?

Yes, with a completed pet-waiver.

If appliances are not pictured in the ad, are they included with the property?

Yes, all units include a fridge and stove, washer & dryer (unless specified in the details of our listing) Pictures just may have been taken before the appliances arrived at the unit if it is a newly renovated unit.

Can I smoke in the unit?

No, all our rental units are non-smoking, of any substance.

When is rent due and what payments do you accept?

Due either on the 1st or the 15th of the month (depending on your lease start date) rent is collected via e-transfer

Are references and credit checks required?

Yes, we do a tenant verification check as well as call references and employers

Is the rent all-inclusive, and what does that mean?

Yes, rents are all-inclusive of electricity, heat and water. Unless otherwise specified in the property listing.

Is Wi-Fi included?

No. Wifi is not included.
